GISAXS pattern of a Si wafer covered by a monolayers of silica spheres
which were prepared by thermal decomposition of a block copolymer
with an anorganic component enriched in the block forming spheres.
The sample shows faint structure factor oscillations along the scattering rods;
the latter are indicative of lateral ordering of the spheres.
