README: SPEC setup installation

in order to install the G-line SPEC setup
1) log in as "root"
2) copy all files on ~/spec-setup
   to a temporary directory on the G-line computer
3) execute the UNIX script "INSTALL" using "source INSTALL"    


in order to update the G-line SPEC setup
1) log in as "root"
2) execute the UNIX script "UPDATE" using "source UPDATE"
3) check gsetup.mac, setup.mac, and userlist.mac for station-dependent
   settings, if they were updated; the previous versions are saved as
   gsetup.bak, setup.bak, userlist.bak


NOTE
if you copy any of these files from the G-line Manuals web page:
because of Netscape restrictions, all posted ASCII file need to
have the extension ".txt". The proper files have either no extension
(INSTALL, UPDATE, README) or ".mac".
